We also hold pop-up shows and slam tournaments at a variety of venues including Radio Room, Artistry, and Swanson's Warehouse.

Interested in featuring? Please be sure to include your slam team affiliations and slam accolades with your email of interest. We are a poetry slam focused venue, so we focus on featuring slam poets. witsendpoetrysc @gmail.com. Please attach a picture and copy your bio into the body of your email. We feature poets on the 2nd/4th Sundays. PLEASE NOTE: WE BOOK AT LEAST 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. We can not book features until we receive a bio. DO NOT EMAIL ABOUT WEB OR OTHER SERVICES OR YOU WILL BE INVOICED A $15 FEE TO SUPPORT OUR CHARITY.

The Poetry Slam Team

Congratulations to the 2024 Say What Slam Team: Slammaster Black Phoenix. Team Members: Your Favorite Murse, Shay Black, Azar, Marleyquinn. Say What Greenville Slam Team is ranked 8th in the nation. The Greenville Slam Team won Southern Fried South East Regional Poetry Slam in 1998, and placed in the top four in 2015-2017. We have ranked in the top ten annually for the past ten years.

2025 Team try outs will be in December. Earn points by attending workshops, trainings, and poetry slams.
